DAY 9 | DECREE NEW THINGS

“You will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways.”
Job 22:28

What is a Decree?
A degree is a powerful statement backed up by a higher authority that no one can question. Interestingly, that is how God’s word is powerful and potent on your lip as a believer. The Bible, which contains God’s word, is not just letters you read and memorize. You need to internalize God’s word through adequate study to access the power in it when you speak it out.

Daily confession of God’s word brings the manifestation of what you decree. There is every word for every situation. You decree what you want or reject by the authority in God’s word. For instance, God in His word says I will do a new thing (Isaiah 43:19). Therefore, you must declare it until it is established.

Now, what are you to decree in God’s word? You decree God’s word to create or recreate whatever you want in your life. By words, the earth was formed. The same word is what God had given to us through Jesus Christ to create possibilities around our life. Whatever new thing you want to see in your life, you must decree with your mouth by the authority in the name of Jesus.

Your decree releases angels on assignment for you. The Bible says, “bless the Lord, you His angels, Who excel in strength, who do His word, Heeding the voice of His word” (Psalm 103:20). The angels of the Lord are activated by the spoken words of the Lord on your lip. God wants us to send these angels on assignment in any situation we need supernatural intervention.

Today, I want you to begin to decree new things over your life.

2. I decree blessing upon my life, business, career and family.
3. I decree that my prayers are powerful and efficient to the pulling down of the devil’s strong holds.
4. I decree divine health, healing and deliverance from infirmities.
